The following information sets out the terms and conditions for use of suicoke.com.au (“the Website”). This Website is operated by Crosby South Pty Ltd (ABN 75 604 774 085) (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Website and all content is owned and operated by Crosby South Pty Ltd (ABN 75 604 774 085), Unit 34, 5 Ponderosa Parade, Warriewood, NSW 2102.

Pricing & Currency

All prices on suicoke.com.au are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Availability

We make every effort to ensure product availability is accurate, however stock is not held in real time and discrepancies may occur. If we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be notified and offered an alternative or a full refund.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order; this does not constitute acceptance.

A contract of sale is formed only when your order has been dispatched and you receive a shipping confirmation email.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order
• Correct errors in pricing or product information
• Cancel orders due to stock unavailability or technical issues

If your order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

Returns Policy

Eligibility

Full-price purchases can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Fees

Australia: $15 AUD
New Zealand: $25 AUD

Return shipping and restocking fees will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Return Method

Australia: Australia Post
New Zealand: FedEx

Return Conditions

• Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit unless faulty
• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached
• All returns are subject to inspection and approval
• Refunds are not available for gift cards

Refunds & Credit Notes

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Store Credit

Store credit is issued as a digital gift card via email and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Currency Note

Store credit is held in AUD and automatically converted at checkout. If your original purchase was made in another currency, the value will be displayed in that currency at redemption based on current exchange rates.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To purchase a different item, return your original item for a refund or store credit and place a new order.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product has a major fault or does not meet acceptable quality standards.
